Once your order ships, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.

Shipping Fees

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after the package leaves our facility.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, OUTFITL cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
If your package cannot be located after delivery confirmation, please contact the courier directly for assistance.

Customs, Taxes, and Import Fees

All product prices on our website are displayed in USD and are exclusive of taxes or customs duties.
Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay import taxes or handling fees upon delivery.

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
OUTFITL does not cover or reimburse customs-related costs and is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Due to fast order processing, we cannot guarantee that address modifications can be made after your order is placed.

OUTFITL is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the information was entered incorrectly by the buyer.
If a shipment arrives in your country and:

  • You refuse to accept the delivery, or

  • The courier makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts,

we reserve the right to cancel or abandon the shipment without issuing a refund.
